• Please record the entire unpacking process. To protect the rights of both parties, please be sure to record the entire process of unpacking to ensure that no goods are missing.
• For errors, out-of-stock, defective products, etc., please refer to the "complete video file" as the basis (the complete video file is taken from the complete unopened state of the package)
• The video must clearly capture [unopened state], [unpacking process], [product body], [order details], etc.
• The video must provide "original clear unboxing video". Videos that are fast forwarded or have obvious editing marks will not be accepted.
• If you have any concerns about the product, please inform us within three days from the day of receipt (inclusive) by attaching the physical delivery note and complete video file. Late delivery will not be accepted. I wish you a happy delivery ~
