What is Chip Tag?

Through the exclusive patented design of the NFC sensing technology chip series "Chip Tag", it can be posted on any non-metallic object . Just by simply moving your phone close to the chip, you can instantly sense and open all the information stored in the chip. Each chip has an independent serial number, so it is "unique" .

like What should I do if the product cannot be sensed?

Our company's product packaging all contains shielding materials to protect non-owners from misappropriating bindings and blocking induction . Please completely remove the product from the package and turn on the NFC sensing function in your phone before sensing.

If the product has been completely removed from the package and the NFC sensing function in the mobile phone has been turned on, but the product still cannot be sensed , please contact our customer service and we will assist you as soon as possible.

NFC sensing/operation related issues

Why is there no response when I sense NFC?

Generally, "sensing NFC" only takes a few seconds to be successful. If your phone senses NFC but does not respond, please check as follows:

  1. Please first confirm whether the device model and system support the NFC function
  2. Confirm whether the NFC function of the device is turned on

How to confirm whether the mobile phone supports NFC function?

  • Apple phones:
    1. The device's NFC function is turned on by default.
    2. For iPhone XS series and below, please follow the steps below
    3. "Settings>Control Center" displays "NFC Tag Reader"
    4. Slide out the control center to the bottom and you will see the NFC icon NFC iPhone icon
    5. Click the button of the NFC tag reader to open the reading interface
  • Android phone:
    1. It needs to be turned on manually, please follow the steps below.
    2. Open [Settings]
    3. Enter "NFC" in the Search Bar

    What is MarSun DiDi APP?

    "MarSun DiDi" is an NFC application APP that can enrich NFC applications, such as recording and playing short videos, making photo albums, making time capsules, etc. You can match our products and store the messages you want to convey in the products. At the same time, you can play the stored content on your phone through Tap & Play . Your phone can even be used as a digital photo frame to automatically play photos .

    What are the features of MarSun DiDi APP?

    1. Once the product senses Play, it can be played immediately. It is the most convenient and intuitive NFC application tool.
    2. It focuses on the "time capsule" audio, video and photo functions. You can customize passwords to protect privacy, set a future opening time , and focus on specific selected images, texts, videos, etc. to save and deliver your own content.

    How do I bind MarSun DiDi related products?

    MarSun DiDi related product binding steps:

    Step 1: After opening the APP, sense MarSun DiDi related products.

    Step 2: After the product is sensed, the "Product Information" screen will be displayed. Click the "Bind +" button at the bottom of the screen, and the product will be successfully bound.

    Step 3: The bound products will be included in the "Collection" page. Please click to collect You can check the bound MarSun DiDi related products on the collection page.

    Can I unbind MarSun DiDi related products?

    You can unbind the purchased MarSun DiDi related products at any time, but please pay attention to the following precautions:

    1. Unbundled products will be removed from your account and will lose the benefits of binding.
    2. Unbinding steps:

      Step 1: Click the "Collection" page at the bottom of the APP and select the MarSun DiDi related products you want to unbundle.
      Step 2: Enter the icon menu in the upper right corner of the product information page and click "Unbind" in the menu .
      Step 3: If you have a time capsule, you can confirm the reset content at the bottom of the unbinding page, select "Keep" or "Delete", and click the "Confirm Unbinding" button.
      Step 4: After the product is unbound, you can go to the "Collection" page → Confirm that the product is no longer on the collection page.

    What are the common reasons for credit card swiping failures?

    Equipment or operations:

    • The card-issuing bank’s connection is abnormal or under maintenance.
    • If the network environment is poor and the signal is disconnected, the transaction will fail.
    • The checkout page remains idle for too long after being opened.
    • During the transaction, return to the previous page and click the Send button multiple times.

    For banks:

    • Insufficient credit card available limit
    • Insufficient balance in Debit Card account
    • 3D verification code input error
    • If your credit card is not issued by a bank in your home country, transactions on the TW website will be regarded as overseas transactions by your card-issuing bank and cannot be used.
    • The bank refuses the transaction due to comprehensive evaluation or special circumstances. If it still fails after multiple attempts, it is recommended to contact the issuing bank to confirm the card status.

    What should I do if I don’t receive the order establishment notification?

    1. The notification letter may have been mistakenly identified as junk mail by your mail system, please search the "Junk Mail" box.
    2. When filling in the order mailbox, an error occurs. Please contact our customer service and we will assist you as soon as possible.

    How can I check my order record?

    How do I track the delivery status of my package?

    Enter the member center, click on the tracking number in "Order" to copy it, and go to the Chunghwa Post website to inquire about package delivery.

    Invoice related issues

    When will I receive the electronic invoice?

    It will take 5-7 working days after the order is paid and shipped , and will be sent to the email address you filled in during checkout.


    Invoice delivery method instructions

    According to the Ministry of Finance's "Key Points for the Implementation of Electronic Invoices" and in response to environmental protection, electronic invoices are issued. The invoice number information will be sent to your registered mailbox five working days after the order is shipped. You can use the information in the letter to the Finance Ministry Use the electronic invoice integration service platform to check the invoice status.

    What should I do if electronic invoices need to be issued with a unified number?

    Please enter the unified number information that the individual/company needs to issue in the "Uniform Number" field on the shopping cart page. We will be able to see the relevant information after the order is placed , and the unified invoice will be sent to you in the form of an electronic file. There will be no paper invoices (two copies or three copies) in your registered mailbox. Please print the attached PDF directly and use it.
