RMA Process Return and Refund Instructions

Notice! DOA (Destroyed upon arrival) All products must meet the requirements within 10 days Only new and unused items will be accepted!

DOA items must be brand new Unused, Failure to comply with this condition may affect your return and refund rights, and you may be required to bear the cost of damage
    • If the product has been used, applications for returns and refunds will not be accepted.

Returns must meet the following conditions:

    • DOA Goods are damaged upon arrival (cannot be returned/refunded after normal use)

        • When returning a product, please contact us directly to inquire about the return.
        • After the customer service staff confirms and assists in the RMA process, please send the shipment yourself and return the shipping number within two days of receiving the RMA tracking number reply.
        • The refund process will not be carried out until the goods are sent back and confirmed to be correct, and you will be notified by email at that time.
        • Refund time is calculated from 7 to 14 working days after receiving the returned product.
        • Precautions:
          • If the payment account provided by the customer is incorrect and the payment cannot be received, the customer shall be solely responsible for it.

      Full video recording:

        • Please record the entire unpacking process. To protect the rights of both parties, please be sure to record the entire process of unpacking to ensure that no goods are missing.
        • For errors, out-of-stock, defective products, etc., please refer to the "complete video file" as the basis (the complete video file is taken from the complete unopened state of the package)
        • The video must clearly capture [unopened state], [unpacking process], [product body], [order details], etc.
        • The video must provide "original clear unboxing video". Videos that are fast forwarded or have obvious editing marks will not be accepted.
        • If you have any concerns about the product, please inform us within three days from the day of receipt (inclusive) by attaching the physical delivery note and complete video file. Late delivery will not be accepted. I wish you a happy delivery~
