• The QR Code will be sent via email after purchase.
• The QR Code email will be sent within 24 hours of placing the order. If you do not receive it or need urgent assistance, please contact customer service.
• It is recommended to scan and install the eSIM before arriving at your destination to avoid issues with network connectivity.
• Please install the eSIM in a stable network environment.
• A single eSIM QR Code can only be scanned once and cannot be transferred to another device.
• The QR Code is valid for 30 days after the email is received. Please activate within this period.
Refund Policy
• A refund can be only requested within 7 days of receiving the QR Code email if the eSIM plan has not been activated.
• Once the eSIM plan is activated, it is considered a "used" product, and no refunds will be accepted.
• If you are unable to use the eSIM upon arrival, please contact customer service
immediately. No refunds will be accepted after the activation period has
expired.
• Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by external factors such as base station distance, obstacles, weather, or device issues.
